Subject: Why isn't smoking banned at the Galleon ?

LOVE the Galleon but curious why disgusting chain smokers are allowed to foul the Family Friendly air of both the pool area, the units and the Sunset Grille ? disgusted by foul smoker odor out on my deck and earlier today in the above places.
